The Lakeshore Restaurant will be closed on Thursday, August 6, and will reopen on Friday, August 7, at 3:00 p.m. with a limited menu. Normal hours and menu service will resume on Saturday.

The Riviera is now offering Nineteen (19) lots for sale. The ability to bid on these lots will be available EXCLUSIVELY to Riviera Community Club Members who are in Good Standing per the Covenants through August 28, 2026. These lots are available to Members with a suggested minimum bid.
Your bid must be sealed in an envelope with SEALED BID written on it and must be submitted to the Riviera Business Office no later than 4:00 PM on August 28, 2026. All bids must contain a signed statement acknowledging that payment must be made in full within 30 days of our written acceptance of your offer and that final payment will include all associated transfer, Rivera Community Club, filing and excise tax fees. The transaction will be facilitated by Christine Rodocker, so no attorney or escrow fees will be incurred.
Offers will be opened at the regular Board Meeting scheduled for 10:00 AM August 29, 2026, in the Martha Smith Room. Bidders who offer the same price for a lot will be asked to rebid.
Unsold lots will be made available to the public after August 30, 2026 at fair market value.

The Riviera Community Club Board of Trustees will meet on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at 6pm in the Martha Smith Room.
These mid-month meetings have been moved from the second Saturday of each month to the second Wednesday of each month. The scope of these meetings remains the same, and they are open to membership. Agendas and announcements will happen 14-days prior to each meeting.
