Per the notice sent out earlier this month, the BOT will meet tomorrow at 10am in the Martha Smith Room.
These working sessions are intended to give the Board dedicated time to review ongoing business, projects, and operational matters. While these are working meetings of the Board, they are open to all members who wish to attend, in keeping with our commitment to transparency and with open meeting requirements under WUCIOA.

Meeting With RCC Lawyer on Monday, April 27th
The Board of Trustees is hosting John Burleigh, the Riviera Community Club lawyer, at 6pm on Monday, April 27th in the Martha Smith Room.
The meeting scheduled for Saturday, April 25th, will no longer be taking place. Currently, the board does not have quorum to vote on motions or hold an official board meeting.
The lawyer will be attending the meeting on Monday to answer questions from the membership. If you would like to submit questions early, please send them to rcc-secretary@rivieraclub.org. Questions will be presented to the lawyer in the order that they are received.
Members will be given the opportunity to ask John (the lawyer) questions pertaining to the RCC but may be given a time limit in order to make sure all members have an opportunity to ask their questions. By submitting your questions early, we have the opportunity to save time by answering FAQs at the beginning of the meeting.
The Zoom link to the meeting is available HERE
Thank you for your continued patience during this time.
Sincerely,
Communications
Riviera Community Club
