8:00am – The Riviera Office (upstairs) will be closed to ALL members, employees, board members, and anyone else not authorized by the Election Committee for the duration of the meeting. This is to ensure secure, accurate ballot counting by the Election Committee.
9:00am – Doors to the Martha Smith Room will be open to all members.
9:30am – Budget Ratification Meeting
– Budget Committee members announce if budget passed ratification
10:00am – Annual Membership Meeting
– Announce if quorum is met for Board of Trustees Election
– Allow members in attendance to vote
– Close voting for election
– RCC managers present end of year reports
– Announcement of election results
2:00pm – Annual Member Picnic at the Lakeshore!
– The restaurant will be open for breakfast then closed from 12pm-4pm to accommodate the member’s picnic.
