The Riviera Community Club currently has six unimproved lots available for sale available to the public.
A new process has been approved by the Board of Trustees to speed the sale and cut costs for the sale of Riviera owned lots.
We will no longer be sending notices to every member for the
“Lots for Sale”.
Instead, we will use our email platform and our website to inform members of properties for sale.
