▪ The Riviera Community Club (RCC) Campground is a private campground for the enjoyment of Members
in good standing and their invited guests.
▪ Only RCC members in good standing & their guests may use cabins. Only members in good standing
may
make reservations for their guests. To validate the reservation the member must complete a “User
Agreement Form” at the time of check-in with the Camp Host or the RCC Business Office.
▪ Individuals must be 21 years of age to reserve and occupy the cabin.
▪ Reservations must be cancelled no less than 2 weeks (14-days) prior to arrival to be eligible
for a refund.

▪ Check in after 3 pm. Please contact the Host (253-884-4121) for arrivals after 9pm.
Check out by 11 am. Early arrival, late arrival, or late departure by prior arrangement only.
▪ Members are expected to clean the cabin upon leaving, which includes wiping off surfaces,
sweeping, mopping, doing dishes and cleaning the bathroom. Be prepared and allow time to do this.
Cleaning supplies are provided.
▪ Members must provide bedding, linens, and towels. Feel free to bring your own kitchenware and
utensils, the ones provided are very basic. Though the cabin is equipped with electric heat, warm
bedclothes are advised during winter.
▪ Each unit will be supplied with dish detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper. If you need
maintenance during your stay, please contact the camp host 253-884-4121 or RCC office 253- 884-4093
between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm. Problems occurring after 4:00 pm will be addressed the
next day. RCC strives to make member’s stay a pleasant one however there are some conditions that
are beyond the
Club’s control. Occasional power outages are not uncommon on the island and are the responsibility
of the local utility company Tanner Electric.
▪ Each kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave oven. No fueled camp stoves
or open flame appliances shall be used inside cabins or on the porch. A BBQ is available for use on
the deck which must be cleaned prior to departure. A fire extinguisher is readily accessible in
each cabin.
▪ All units are Non-Smoking. Persons smoking in the unit will be asked to vacate the property.
There will be a
$200.00 fee assessed if there is a smoke smell or evidence of smoking in the unit or if extra
cleaning is required.
PETS ARE PROHIBITED. There will be a $250 fee assessed for any unauthorized pets/animals in the
units. Any costs exceeding the $250 fee for damages or additional cleaning needed due to a pet will
also be charged when applicable.
initial I certify that I understand that pets/animals of any kind are prohibited in the
park models; should there be evidence of animals, there is an automatic $250 MINIMUM fine for extra
cleaning.
Charges for damages, {extra cleaning} or missing items may be applied to a Member’s RCC account. In
accordance with the Governing Documents RCC reserves the right to place liens on unpaid fines or
fees.

RIVIERA CAMPGROUND USE AGREEMENT
Use of the Campground facility is at the Member’s and/or guest’s own risk. It is the responsibility
of the Members and guests to properly secure their vehicles and belongings to discourage theft and
wildlife incursions. Members are responsible for their guests and will be held liable for any
damages, unpaid fees and/or fines incurred by guests.
The undersigned, being permitted to park his/her recreational vehicle and/or tent upon the property
of the Riviera Country Club or Riviera Community Club, Inc., herewith agrees to hold the above Club
harmless of any and all liabilities and responsibilities associated with the loss, damage, theft,
or vandalism to said vehicle and/or tent, its contents or accessories, and recognizes that dominion
of and over the vehicle has not been transferred to the Club but remains at all times with the
undersigned.
▪ There is no camping under covered areas(cabana). This area is reserved for protection from
inclement weather.
▪ The Camp Host must be notified before leaving a campsite unattended overnight. No campsite may
be left unattended overnight for longer than three continuous days. No RV/trailer, tent, boat etc.
can be left for storage at the Campground. RV’s and other vehicles left in hookup areas may be
charged a daily rate, whether occupied or not.
▪ There is a maximum of three tents per site.
▪ Pets must be kept on a leash in the Campground unless in the authorized off leash area. *Pierce
County Leash Laws apply. No pets are allowed in the parks or on the golf course. Pierce county
leash laws apply.
▪ Campfires are permitted in designated areas only. Firewood is available for purchase from the
Camp Host. Campers may provide their own firewood. Please obey fire restrictions imposed by the
AIFD PC#27 and use caution.
▪ Property beyond the Campground is private property. Please be respectful to other
members.
▪ All persons consuming alcohol must be twenty-one (21) years of age. Please keep the campsite
clean upon checkout.
▪ Do not feed the wildlife.
▪ The restrooms are provided for Members and guests while staying in the Campground.
▪ Members shall be held responsible for damage or unauthorized removal of RCC property. Members
that transfer their use to a Family Member or guest will be held responsible for the actions of
those individuals.
▪ The Campground Host is the Manager of the facility whose authority shall be respected at all
times.
