Marina Policy 07-01-24 (downloadable pdf)

The Riviera Community Club (RCC) Marina is a private marina for the enjoyment of Members and their invited guests. Members shall conspicuously display an RCC issued decal on their vessel.

Decals are obtained from the RCC Business Office and are only available to Members in good standing. Current proof of vessel registration and liability insurance is required annually for all boats.

Members and their guests must sign an Indemnification form available from the Marina Host and RCC Business Office.

Dock space is limited to vessels less than 27 feet bow-to-stern, including any projections. Any vessel greater than 27 feet in length must use mooring buoys. Dinghies are allowed under the dock ramp to the main float.

Members are limited to a single (1) Dock/buoy space at any one time. Dock/buoy space is reserved on a first come first serve basis.

Anchorage is not permitted at any time in any areas that would impact vessels tied up to the RCC-owned moorage.

Seasons

  • Launch ramp is available year-round
  • Moorage buoys are available year-round
  • Pier and main dock are pedestrian-accessible year-round
  • Dock moorage is generally available May 1st to October 15th (weather and tides permitting)

Member Use

Members in good standing shall receive 14 days per lot owned per fiscal year (October 1-September 30) of free moorage space on a space available basis. Moorage is capped at 120 use days in any 12-month period.

Members and guests may be gifted and assigned a maximum of 14 free days per fiscal year from a Member in good standing who chooses to forego their rightful use of allocated days. Once the total free days per lot and gifted days have been exhausted, the member or guest will be charged per the Current Fee Schedule on a space available basis.

Free days are tracked in the campground reservation system.

Responsibility

All dock/moorage/buoy and use of the Marina is at the Member’s and guest’s own risk. It is the sole responsibility of the Member and their guests to properly secure their vessels while moored at the marina. Members are responsible for their guests and will be held liable for any damages, unpaid fees and/or fines incurred by guests.

The RCC, Marina Host and RCC employees shall not be responsible for any damage and/or loss caused by vessels.

Parking

Parking is available for members and their guests only in designated areas. A maximum stay of 12 hours is permitted for each vehicle and/or trailer. Extended parking requests can be made at the RCC Business Office or with the Marina Host.

Reservations

A day of moorage begins and ends at 11:00 AM. Early arrivals or late departures must be approved by the Marina Host or RCC Business Office.
