Greens/Groundskeeper II Position Summary
Maintains both the Grounds (to include but not limited to parks, campground, marina), and Golf course in good condition as directed by the Golf & Grounds Superintendent by performing the following duties.
- Mowing of greens, tees, fairways, roughs and common areas.
- Other daily duties to include but not limited to changing hole locations, bunker raking, moving tee blocks, move and fill sand and seed boxes, wipe down benches, clean restrooms, and trash pick-up.
- Operates various power tools and equipment for the maintenance of both the Golf course and Grounds.
- Plants, trims, and sprays trees and brush.
- Ability to learn irrigation system operation and repair.
- Ability to safely operate specialized golf course equipment.
Certificates, Licenses, and Registration requirements
Current WA State Driver License, Insurable through current RCC auto insurance.
Obtain current membership in Laborers Local 252 Union.
Current Washington Commercial Pesticide Applicators License or ability to obtain one within 1 year.
Any other certificates or licensing required by county, state, or federal mandate.

Restaurant Manager Position Summary
Looking for high energy customer service oriented individual to take facility to the next level.
Overall responsibility for both FOH and BOH operations and achievement of budgeted P&L results while maintaining high level of customer satisfaction.
Develop and Maintain standards to include service, food and beverage quality and presentation standards through ongoing inspections and samplings. Investigates and resolves food quality and service complaints and takes corrective action ASAP.
Menu creation and implementation to include ability to calculate the cost of all menu items for both food and beverage to achieve proper mix and overall budgeted COS. Works with BOH to create recipe cards for all menu items.
Responsible for all end of month inventories ensuring accurate counts and input into inventory spreadsheets for COS purposes.
Responsible for the purchase of all food and beverage product and all other necessary supplies. Interacts with vendors to ensure proper supply of materials at best possible price.
Strong Customer Service skills a must. Interacts with customers on daily basis and solicits feedback. Will be point person for all banquet/catering events.
Develop ongoing schedule of events to include entertainment, special functions such as food and beverage tastings, and any additional items that will help maximize use of facility and drive revenues. Develop and implement additional marketing strategies to boost and maintain business levels.
Work with other outside entities to include City, County, State, and Federal agencies as needed to ensure compliance with all regulations and permitting requirements.
Performs all interviewing and hiring and will ensure all staff is current on all mandatory items to include food handler permits and MAST training. Will also handle all ongoing service and food production training, and safety training.
Completes all necessary forms and other documentation as required by Accounting and/or General Manager to include Budgets, P&L variance investigations, Payroll, Employee reviews, other. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS systems.
